Property Details

 

The open-plan living dining kitchen area is spacious and flooded with natural light. From every vantage point, you can see the ocean and the surrounding native bushland.

The kitchen and bathrooms are all newly renovated (by mid December 2021) with modern styling and luxury appliances and coffee machine. 

Balcony at the front of the house has beautiful elevated views, you’ll feel like you’re on top of the world.

The expansive back deck is perfect for sun baking, relaxing with a book, or dining outdoors, using the brand new barbecue. Rosellas and kookaburras visit regularly. National forest at the rear of the house where you can often find kangaroos, koalas and native birds.

Master bedroom with en-suite. All four bedrooms are spacious - two with their own TVs - so guests can retreat to their own spaces. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds and a play area for children, for when the adults need quiet time away from the kids.

Open fireplace in the living area - firewood will be supplied for guests from April- October.

Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Linen, towels and beach towels provided for your convenience. Utensils and basic cooking ingredients provided, so you can relax as soon as you arrive.

Getting Around

700 meter walk to the beach or 10-15 minutes to Lorne town, but be prepared for a steep walk back home. But it’s the steep walk that allows for the views, and all the native animals and flora. The house backs onto the golf course, where families of kangaroos can be seen daily. At the golf course, there are tennis courts and an amazing restaurant with panoramic views.

Parking

3 parking spaces are available on site, one of them undercover. Quiet street with no through traffic. Get to the beach and town easily by car, on foot or scooter.
